Workshop takes the conversation beyond one individual label and creates space for participants to examine the language shaping their workplaces, professions, relationships and communities. This facilitated experience combines storytelling, individual reflection, small-group discussion and practical exercises.

In this candid, funny and deeply relatable keynote, Jenny and Regina share the experiences that ultimately inspired She is. and explore what happens when other people's descriptions of us quietly become our own. This isn't a keynote about ignoring feedback. And it isn't a lesson in turning every weakness into a strength. It's a conversation about learning to recognize the difference between behavior worth examining and a label we've allowed to become an identity.

September 25, 2026 we debuted new merch at the 21st Annual Women in Business (WIB) Summit will be at the Bristol Event Center in CT for a one-day event that focuses on innovation and creativity. WHAT an incredible event. It featured keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and networking for women entrepreneurs and professionals.

On August 23, 2026, our friends at Lovelo Cycle & Strength celebrated their One Year Anniversary with classes and vendors like us. We were on site with a special merch collab with Lovelo!

On June 9th, 2026, we held a women-focused social golf experience centered around connection, community, networking, and fun. No golf experience required!
