Same underlying message.
What started as a conversation between two women quickly became something larger. We began asking a different question:
What if those words were never weaknesses?
What if they were misinterpreted strengths?
When we started talking about it, we realized something:
Nearly every woman we spoke to had her own version of that word.
Too emotional. Too aggressive. Too ambitious. Too much.
The labels were different. The pattern was not.
